A giant cupcake to wish Sarah a happy birthday.  The client chose a pink velvet cake with a blackberry buttercream for the top.  We finished the cake with little sugar flowers and one great big cherry on top!

Stephanie, the birthday girl, loves shabby chic, lots of pink and girly things and of course flowers.  We designed this pretty pink cake with a garden feel to match the garden party that she was having with her friends.  Of course a pale pink vanilla cake inside with a raspberry buttercream made this cake as delicious as it was pretty.

Giant Cupcake

A special cake for my son and his lovely girlfriend Negin, based on her favourite colours, black and grey, with a little bit of pink (I can never resist) and lots of bling which regrettably doesn't really show up in this picture.  The cherries were covered in pink glitter and the black flowers were edged in silver glitter we added rows of diamonds on the bottom of the cupcake.

Baby shower cupcake which was accompanied by purple, pink and white frosted cupcakes with little white rosebuds and green leaves, oh so pretty!

All our cupcakes are made to order.  Call 905 296 3223 about 15 to 20 minutes before you want to pick them up, choose your flavours from our daily selection and we'll top them and decorate them for you with our exquisite signature rosebuds and glitter!

Our buttercream is pure butter, our decorations hand made.  Don't buy cupcakes that have sat around for hours, have them made up just for you!  They are fresher, prettier and tastier!

One to five cupcakes - $3 each, plus tax
Six or more cupcakes - $3 each, no tax payable (by law, this is not a special offer it's just the way it is)

Hello Cupcake!

This cake was for a birthday party.  A shoe, flowers and feathers were required in a pink and purple colour scheme.  This is what we came up with.

Lucky Horseshoe

A client wanted a birthday cake for his girlfriend with the following criteria:

• Lots of black
• Pink
• Bling
• no really, BLING
• A bow
• Cupcakes
• Something to do with horses

Now, I love my job, and I love a challenge....but sometimes it's not obvious how all these elements could come together.  Horses? Cupcakes? Yikes!

Anyway, I think we nailed it and the client was soooo happy!

CBC Mommy Bloggers Cake

This cake was ordered by CBC (as well as plates of our delicious sandwiches of course) for their Mommy Bloggers event.  Links and more pictures to follow.

Babycakes!

Isn't this delightful?  Boy or girl, this little cupcake baby made in a delicate apple green would be perfect for a baby shower or even a first birthday.

Here's the whole cake:

A quilted pattern was applied with tiny edible seed pearls and finished with a big floppy satin (sugar) bow.

Afternoon In Paris

Organic strawberry cupcakes with pink Champagne buttercream decorated with Eiffel Towers and tiny pink and black dragees.

What could be better for imagining oneself sitting at a table in a Paris cafe enjoying the afternoon....a far cry from the snow shoveling we have become accustomed to recently!

Chocolate, Chocolate

We've decided to make our cupcakes bigger AND better!  The nicest part about it is, they are the same price!

Today we baked rich chocolate fudge cake topped with a white chocolate buttercream and white chocolate chips.
