Irish Wedding Cake - Paletta Mansion, Burlington

For an Irish themed wedding this cake is just perfect.  Claddagh hands with hearts and crowns (traditional Irish love symbol) with white shamrocks.
A small amount of pearlizing just sets off the cake with a pretty sheen.
Bride's own cake topper tops the cake.

Sadie's Shamrock Cake

It's always so wonderful to receive pictures and thank you's after the event.  Here is a cake we made for Sadie's first birthday:
"Thank you so much for the most beautiful cake. Needless to say the red velvet was delicious too! It was so much fun to see the awe on our guests face when they saw it. Shameful almost to cut into it. Thank you for being so talented and making our daughters first birthday cake truly memorable. I'm sure we'll see you in the near future, there's always a reason for cake!"

Ivory and White - Ancaster Old Mill

This cake has a sepia quality to it in shades of ivory and white. Small shamrocks were added to the middle tier of the cake as a tribute to the grooms family.
White sugar flowers were arranged in mirrored fashion at the bottom of the cake.
The bride and groom supplied their own personalized cake topper (not shown).
