This wedding cake was designed for some very 'outdoorsy' bird spotters who shared their passion for birds.
The bride requested that the cake looked like wood, so we used a marbled effect fondant and added daisies to continue the outdoor theme.
I made a chocolate birds nest and nestled inside were two robins.
This cake was all chocolate!
