This cake was actually designed by the bride. She was using spider chrysanthemums as her wedding flowers and the invitations and decor had green leaves with a striking 'split' in them.
When the bride came for her consultation she had sketched her cake and brought the colour swatches and copy of the invitation to match....a cake designers dream!
