I'm not a big fan of last minute orders, I like to take my time and not have to watch the clock (I'd be hopeless on one of those TV challenges), but, having said that I'm a sucker for "oh but I MUST have one of your cakes by this afternoon"
This cake was ordered a couple of hours ago and I've just finished it and am about to load it into the car for the delivery.
"Pink and blingy" I was told, "and strawberry flavoured". So here we have a strawberry cake with strawberry vanilla buttercream covered in pink fondant and decorated with a sugar bow, edible diamonds and pearls and lots and lots of sparkle.
