It's true, everyone loves carrot cake. Our carrot cake is a superior cake filled with carrots, raisins and nuts, so moist and delicious with just the right amount of cinnamon.
For my sister-in-law Louise's birthday party I made this 'home style' cake which was a big hit at the party with it's buttery, vanilla buttercream and damask pattern. The cherries were made of white chocolate.
