Here's a sweet little girl called Nellie who is a fan of the Cake Boss, she has a passion for cake decorating though had never tried it before. Nellie came for a private lesson so that she could have some fun.
At first a little shy Nellie soon got engrossed in what she was doing and with great dexterity this 11 year old accomplished some wonderful piping and amazed me with how much detail she remembered and her ability to mimic perfectly every action I made.
Soon Nellie was making up her own designs and having fun decorating lots and lots of cupcakes, here are some of them.
Well done Nellie, you're a natural and I hope that you're not going to take my job away in a few years! Looking forward to seeing you back in class.
