We have lots of lovely things to tempt our clients with this week, starting with Chocolate covered cake truffles. What are these? Well, they are luscious cake mixed with buttercream and fruits, spices or other flavourings then enrobed in chocolate. Yum!
Today's truffles were raspberry covered in dark chocolate and caramel pecan, also covered in dark chocolate.
Our truffles are $1.00 each and can be boxed if you wish to give them as a gift.
We also toasted almonds ready for tomorrow's surprise a traditional English Christmas treat that everyone has heard of but almost no one knows what it is.
We baked vanilla butter cakes today, mmmm, it's warm and smells good in here!
