"Johnny O" is a drummer and upon hitting the bit 5-0 his wife ordered a drum cake to mark the occasion.
A banana and chocolate chip cake was filled with buttercream and made to look like a drum with the silver details being hand painted and a hand painted matching nacre finish on the body of the drum to match his real drum.
The drumsticks on the top were made entirely from modelling chocolate that was mixed to look like wood.
It's such fun working with cake!
